Tanggung Jawab
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for pharmaceutical products and medical devices.
- Conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals within the Pontianak region.
- Present product knowledge effectively to doctors, pharmacists, and purchasing departments.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base in the assigned territory.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing regular feedback to the management team.
- Prepare accurate daily and monthly sales reports and administrative documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medical Studies, or a related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
- Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- High self-motivation, target-oriented, and ability to work independently in the field.
- Must possess a valid driving license (SIM C/A) and have access to a personal vehicle.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat.
- Ability to build and maintain professional rapport with healthcare practitioners.
