Tanggung Jawab
- Initiate high-volume outbound calls to prospective business clients to generate new leads and sales opportunities.
- Consult with key decision-makers to identify pain points and present tailored copier and print service solutions.
- Manage the entire sales pipeline from initial lead qualification to closing the deal and contract signing.
- Maintain meticulous records of all interactions and sales activities within the CRM system.
- Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to penetrate new market segments within the B2B sector.
- Meet and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales KPIs and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure that proposed solutions are feasible and meet client expectations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2.5 years of proven experience in outbound B2B sales, telemarketing, or business development.
- Strong background or familiarity with the copier, printing, or managed print services industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Demonstrated ability to handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close complex deals.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven attitude toward reaching daily and monthly goals.
- Ability to work full-time within the Santa Ana, Metro Manila office.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
