Tanggung Jawab
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Proactively identify and prospect new business leads within the manufacturing and logistics industry.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations for potential customers.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights to management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in a Sales or Business Development role, preferably in logistics or manufacturing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM tools.
- Willing to be mobile and conduct client visits within the Jakarta area.
- Professional appearance and a positive, customer-first attitude.
