In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our market presence, managing key client accounts, and ensuring seamless coordination between our sales strategies and logistics operations.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Proactively generate and qualify new sales leads to expand the company's client base.
  • Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Coordinate with internal logistics and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services.
  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare professional sales proposals, quotations, and contracts for potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions within the company CRM.
  • Resolve client concerns or service issues efficiently to maintain high levels of customer retention.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the logistics, freight forwarding, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and business development targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently under minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
