Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively generate and qualify new sales leads to expand the company's client base.
- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal logistics and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services.
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare professional sales proposals, quotations, and contracts for potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions within the company CRM.
- Resolve client concerns or service issues efficiently to maintain high levels of customer retention.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the logistics, freight forwarding, or manufacturing sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and business development targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently under minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
