Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing plans tailored to the local market.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and acquire new accounts to expand the customer base.
- Analyze sales data to prepare regular reports and provide actionable insights to management.
- Coordinate closely with the logistics and manufacturing departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Conduct training sessions and mentor sales staff to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a sales supervisory or managerial role within the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Familiarity with sales management software and CRM tools is preferred.
- Valid driving license is an advantage for local field visits.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
