Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand market share.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance and consistent service quality.
  • Monitor daily sales activities and provide regular reports to upper management.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and key partners.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company sales policies and operational procedures.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure maximum satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in sales supervision or team leadership, preferably in the F&B or retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management (CRM), and territory management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and sales tracking software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a target-driven environment.
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to business development.
  • Willingness to be based in Mauk, Banten.
