Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for freight forwarding services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and shipping partners
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation
- Prepare detailed sales reports and performance metrics for management
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in freight forwarding sales with supervisory experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in logistics industry
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations and documentation
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)
