Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the freight forwarding sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for export-import services
- Acquire new clients through market research, cold calling, and networking
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure retention
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities in the logistics sector
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Train and mentor sales team members to enhance their skills and performance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in freight forwarding sales
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Deep knowledge of export-import procedures, regulations, and documentation
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and verbal)
