  • Lead and manage the freight forwarding sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in freight forwarding sales
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Deep knowledge of export-import procedures, regulations, and documentation
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and verbal)
