Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to expand J&T Cargo's market share in the industrial and logistics sectors.
- Identify and qualify potential leads, building a robust pipeline of B2B clients in the Cikarang and surrounding areas.
- Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to design customized logistics solutions that meet client requirements.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from initial prospecting and negotiation to contract closing and account onboarding.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics and maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by serving as the primary point of contact for supply chain inquiries.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales within the logistics, freight forwarding, or manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of supply chain workflows, warehousing, and transportation management systems (TMS).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software usage.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site in Cikarang Pusat.
