Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Sales Department to ensure daily targets are met.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including operations and finance, to ensure timely execution of client requirements.
- Prepare, review, and process sales contracts, quotations, and service proposals with high accuracy.
- Maintain and update the CRM database to ensure client information and sales pipeline data are current.
- Handle client inquiries regarding service offerings and provide timely, professional resolutions.
- Generate regular sales reports, market analysis summaries, and performance metrics for management.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and marketing materials for client meetings and tenders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or logistics coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is essential.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse, multi-functional team.
- Familiarity with logistics software or CRM platforms is a significant advantage.
