- Collaborate with design teams to resolve technical challenges during sampling
- Document sample-making processes and maintain accurate production records
- Recommend material and technique improvements for enhanced sample quality
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in garment sample sewing or technical sewing
- Proficiency in operating industrial sewing machines and related equipment
- Strong understanding of garment construction techniques and pattern interpretation
- Ability to read and execute technical specifications and design sketches
- Detail-oriented with exceptional hand-eye coordination and precision
- Basic knowledge of fabric types and their sewing characteristics
- Ability to work independently while meeting tight deadlines
