Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze business requirements and design SAP B1 solutions aligned with client objectives
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects including configuration, customization, and testing
- Conduct comprehensive user training and provide post-implementation support
- Develop detailed functional specifications and documentation for system modifications
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve technical issues and enhance system performance
- Monitor system usage and recommend optimization opportunities for clients
- Stay current with SAP B1 updates and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of SAP B1 functional consulting experience in ERP software houses or developer companies
- Expert knowledge of SAP B1 modules including finance, sales, and inventory management
- Proven track record in business process analysis and requirement gathering
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- SAP B1 certification or equivalent ERP consulting certification preferred
- Experience managing project timelines and client expectations
