Join British School Jakarta as a School Counsellor Administrator and become an integral part of our student support ecosystem. You'll provide crucial operational support to the Counselling team and Safeguarding lead, managing confidential records, coordinating interventions, and facilitating communication between students, staff, and external stakeholders. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Counselling team and Safeguarding lead
- Manage confidential student counselling records, documentation, and data systems
- Coordinate counselling appointments, schedules, and crisis intervention protocols
- Assist in developing and implementing safeguarding policies and procedures
- Support the organisation of student wellness programs and mental health initiatives
- Act as liaison between counselling services, teaching staff, and external agencies
- Monitor compliance with safeguarding regulations and maintain accurate reporting
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counselling, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in educational settings
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding principles and child protection procedures
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to confidentiality and detail
- Proficiency in student information systems and office software (MS Office)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in counselling administration or safeguarding preferred
