Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver immediate first aid and emergency medical response to students and staff
- Conduct health screenings, maintain medical records, and monitor immunization compliance
- Develop and implement health education programs for students and staff
- Administer medications and manage chronic health conditions per school protocols
- Collaborate with teaching staff to integrate health awareness into curriculum
- Coordinate with parents/guardians regarding student health concerns
- Ensure compliance with national health regulations and school safety standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (S1 Keperawatan) with valid Indonesian nursing license
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience, preferably in pediatric/school health settings
- Certification in CPR, first aid, and emergency response procedures
- Strong cultural competency and ability to work in diverse environments
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proficiency with electronic health record systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations discreetly
