CryoCord Indonesia is seeking a dynamic Scientific Staff to join our pioneering team in Jakarta. In this role, you will act as the vital link between our cutting-edge stem cell laboratory operations and our outreach initiatives.
You will be responsible for translating intricate scientific data, clinical trials, and stem cell research into compelling, accessible, and creative educational content. Your work will directly support our marketing strategies, helping the public understand the life-changing potential of regenerative medicine. If you are detail-oriented, have a background in life sciences or medicine, and possess a creative flair for communication, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Translate complex clinical research and stem cell study data into easy-to-understand educational content for the general public.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to produce scientifically accurate promotional materials.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in regenerative medicine and stem cell technology.
- Develop content for various channels including brochures, social media, and educational webinars.
- Assist in the preparation of technical documentation and internal medical training materials.
- Engage with medical professionals and stakeholders to communicate the benefits of CryoCord services.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of scientific communication strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Science, Medicine, or a related field.
- Strong command of both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with excellent writing and communication skills.
- Ability to distill complex technical/medical information into simple, engaging narratives.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to scientific accuracy.
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with creative design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a significant plus.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical research environment.
- Previous experience in medical writing, marketing, or healthcare education is highly preferred.
