Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and optimize ALD and PECVD processes for GaN and other advanced thin film materials
- Conduct thorough characterization and analysis of deposited films using various analytical tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate thin film processes into complete device fabrication flows
- Document experimental procedures, results, and develop process specifications and protocols
- Stay current with the latest advancements in thin film deposition technologies and semiconductor manufacturing
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to the scientific community through publications and presentations
- Identify and resolve process-related challenges to improve device performance and yield
Kualifikasi
- PhD or Master's degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related field
- Extensive experience with ALD and PECVD processes and equipment
- Strong background in thin film characterization techniques (SEM, TEM, XRD, XPS, etc.)
- Knowledge of semiconductor device fabrication processes and integration
- Experience with GaN and other III-V semiconductor materials is highly desirable
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Publication record in peer-reviewed journals is a plus
