- <ul><li>Design, plan, and execute experiments for enzyme discovery, engineering, and characterization within biotransformation and biocatalysis projects.</li><li>Develop and optimize fermentation processes for the production of enzymes or whole-cell biocatalysts.</li><li>Perform rigorous data analysis, interpretation, and troubleshooting of experimental results to guide project direction.</li><li>Contribute to the strategic planning and scientific direction of research initiatives in biotransformation engineering.</li><li>Operate and maintain specialized laboratory equipment, including bioreactors, analytical instruments, and automated screening systems.</li><li>Prepare detailed scientific reports, presentations, and contribute to peer-reviewed publications and patent applications.</li><li>Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including molecular biologists, chemists, and process engineers.</li></ul>
Kualifikasi
- <ul><li>PhD or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Industrial Microbiology, Biochemistry, or a closely related field.</li><li>1-3 years of post-doctoral or relevant industrial experience in biotransformation, biocatalysis, enzyme engineering, or fermentation science.</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in microbial fermentation techniques, bioreactor operation, and process development.</li><li>Proficiency in analytical techniques relevant to biocatalysis (e.g., HPLC, GC, spectroscopy).</li><li>Strong understanding of enzyme kinetics, protein engineering principles, and metabolic pathway engineering.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and a meticulous approach to experimental design and execution.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced research environment.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical reporting and stakeholder engagement.</li></ul>
