Tanggung Jawab
- Execute ultra-high purity gas testing and analysis using advanced metrology equipment
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports documenting methodologies, results, and recommendations
- Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of analytical instruments
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal quality/safety protocols
- Collaborate with R&D teams to develop new testing methodologies and standards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in gas handling and purity control systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in analytical chemistry or semiconductor metrology
- Proficiency in gas chromatography, mass spectrometry, or similar analytical techniques
- Advanced data analysis skills using tools like Python, R, or MATLAB
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and semiconductor industry standards
- Experience with instrument calibration and maintenance protocols
- Excellent documentation and technical communication skills
