Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct independent research on heterogeneous catalysis and chemical reaction engineering to optimize fuel and chemical production processes.
- Design and synthesize novel catalyst materials, utilizing advanced characterization techniques such as FTIR, XRD, and TEM.
- Perform kinetic studies and thermodynamic analysis to elucidate reaction mechanisms and improve catalyst performance.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to scale up laboratory-scale catalysts to pilot plant conditions.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, publications, and presentations for internal reviews and external conferences.
- Mentor junior researchers and graduate students, fostering a supportive and innovative research culture.
Kualifikasi
- Ph.D. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field, with a specific focus on catalysis.
- Strong track record of research experience in fuel processing, biofuels, or chemical conversion technologies.
- Proficiency in data analysis and modeling using software tools such as MATLAB, Python, or Aspen Plus.
- Hands-on experience with standard laboratory equipment and strict adherence to safety protocols in a chemical laboratory.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex scientific concepts effectively.
