Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute complex proteomic experiments using advanced mass spectrometry techniques and liquid chromatography.
- Analyze large-scale biological data sets to identify protein expression patterns and post-translational modifications.
- Develop and optimize sample preparation protocols to ensure high reproducibility and data quality.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including bioinformaticians and wet-lab scientists, to integrate proteomic findings.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and calibrate mass spectrometry instrumentation and associated software.
- Contribute to scientific publications and present research findings at internal and external conferences.
Kualifikasi
- Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Proteomics, or a related Life Sciences field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of post-doctoral or hands-on experience in proteomics and mass spectrometry.
- Strong proficiency in LC-MS/MS data analysis and bioinformatics tools (e.g., MaxQuant, Proteome Discoverer, R, Python).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary, fast-paced research environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
