PT PMP is inviting a highly strategic and experienced SCM Manager to lead our supply chain operations. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of procurement, inventory, logistics, and warehouse functions. Our focus is on building a robust and efficient supply chain that is completely 'Anti Bocor' (leak-proof), ensuring resources are utilized optimally to support the company's rapid growth and structural organization. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the strategy and execution of the end-to-end supply chain, covering procurement, inventory, logistics, and warehousing.
- Implement rigorous control systems and best practices to prevent operational losses and ensure 100% inventory accuracy.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks, reduce costs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage relationships with key suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Oversee warehouse operations, including layout optimization, safety compliance, and stock rotation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain activities with production schedules and sales targets.
- Develop and monitor KPIs for supply chain performance to ensure alignment with company goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in SCM, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial position within the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- Strong expertise in procurement processes, inventory management systems (ERP/WMS), and logistics planning.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proven leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
