Transmedic is seeking a skilled and dedicated Scrub Tech / Surgical Technologist specializing in orthopaedic procedures. In this critical role, you will support orthopaedic surgeons and the nursing team during surgeries, ensuring patient safety and surgical efficiency. We are looking for a professional who is detail-oriented and possesses a strong understanding of sterile field management.

You will be responsible for preparing operating rooms, arranging instruments, and anticipating the needs of the surgeon. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare operating rooms and surgical instruments for orthopaedic procedures.
- Assist orthopaedic surgeons during complex surgeries, such as joint replacements or trauma repairs.
- Maintain strict aseptic technique to prevent surgical site infections.
- Pass instruments and sponges to the surgeon efficiently and accurately.
- Monitor patient vital signs and assist with positioning and draping.
- Clean and sterilize reusable surgical equipment after procedures.
- Communicate effectively with the surgical team to ensure smooth workflow.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Surgical Technologist.
- Certification (e.g., ATS) or equivalent training in Surgical Technology.
- Strong preference for candidates with orthopaedic surgery experience.
- Excellent knowledge of human anatomy and surgical procedures.
- Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
