Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Business Studies lessons for secondary students in accordance with the school's curriculum.
- Design engaging assessments and assignments that challenge students to apply business concepts to real-world scenarios.
- Foster a classroom culture of critical thinking, financial literacy, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate academic records.
- Integrate modern educational technologies into the curriculum to enhance learning outcomes.
- Participate in departmental meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and school-wide academic events.
- Mentor students through extra-curricular clubs such as Business or Investment clubs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Akta IV, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience in a secondary school setting.
- Strong command of English, both verbal and written, to facilitate instruction.
- Deep understanding of business dynamics, international markets, and financial systems.
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire a diverse group of learners.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to collaborative teamwork.
