Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end strategic planning process, ensuring alignment with the foundationās long-term vision.
- Drive organizational transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and agility.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis and feasibility studies for new academic and institutional development projects.
- Manage project lifecycles, from conceptualization and budgeting to execution and post-implementation review.
- Collaborate closely with department heads to identify pain points and implement scalable solutions.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management to guide evidence-based decision-making.
- Facilitate change management programs to ensure seamless adoption of new processes across the organization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in strategic planning, corporate development, or management consulting.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale organizational change and process improvement projects.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and strategic forecasting.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- High level of professional integrity and ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
