Are you a seasoned Supply Chain professional with a passion for manufacturing excellence? Orang Tua Group is currently seeking a highly skilled Section Head of PPIC to join our dynamic team in Bogor. In this pivotal role, you will be the engine behind our production efficiency, ensuring that our raw materials and inventory systems operate at peak performance.
The successful candidate will lead the production planning and inventory control processes, balancing supply requirements with manufacturing output to meet market demand. You will play a critical role in minimizing waste, optimizing stock levels, and providing data-driven insights to leadership. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive production plans to align with manufacturing capacities and sales forecasts.
- Manage the end-to-end inventory control process, including raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
- Conduct regular stock opname and reconciliation to ensure 100% data accuracy in the ERP system.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Production, and Warehouse teams to prevent material shortages or overstock situations.
- Monitor and analyze KPI metrics related to material usage, inventory turnover, and production adherence.
- Draft detailed periodic reports for management regarding stock status, lead times, and resource allocation.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory management and reduce carrying costs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in PPIC, Inventory Control, or Production Planning within the FMCG/Manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and forecast supply needs.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of managing cross-functional team collaborations.
- Willingness to be based in Bogor and adapt to the fast-paced nature of the manufacturing sector.
