You will lead a high-performing team, optimizing OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end daily production operations to ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Analyze and improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) metrics to minimize downtime and maximize throughput.
- Manage workforce allocation, including shifts, training, and performance evaluations for production personnel.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure optimal machine performance, preventive maintenance, and rapid troubleshooting.
- Monitor and enforce strict safety protocols and housekeeping standards (5S) across the production floor.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions for continuous process improvement.
- Ensure all production activities comply with company regulations, food safety standards, and environmental policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory or management role, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Strong technical understanding of production machinery and automated manufacturing processes.
- Proven track record in optimizing OEE and implementing Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor large production teams.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and proficiency in production reporting software.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
