Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality standards are met.
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans, including long-term goals and KPIs.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team to maximize productivity.
- Identify process improvements and drive innovation to reduce costs and enhance service delivery.
- Manage logistics and supply chain coordination effectively in collaboration with PT Cubic Indonesia.
- Report performance metrics and operational health to senior management stakeholders.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of progressive experience in operations management, preferably in manufacturing or transportation sectors.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects successfully.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive data-backed decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on stakeholder management.
- Proficient in using ERP systems, MS Office, and operational management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
