We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Section Supervisor to oversee the operations of our assigned section in Jakarta Raya.
The Role
As the Section Supervisor, you will be the glue that holds the section together. From ensuring the shelves are perfectly stocked and visually appealing according to our SOPs, to managing the team and driving sales, your leadership will directly impact our success. You will manage the day-to-day inventory, placing orders to maintain optimal stock levels without overstock. You will be responsible for the section's cleanliness, safety, and overall customer experience. By analyzing sales reports and market trends, you will make data-driven decisions to maximize product turnover and profitability.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily operations of the assigned section including inventory, display, and cleanliness.
- Coordinate stock ordering and replenishment to ensure optimal product availability.
- Ensure strict adherence to visual merchandising standards and display SOPs.
- Supervise, train, and motivate section staff to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Monitor sales data and implement strategies to drive performance and minimize shrinkage.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Conduct regular stock takes and audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Ensure health, safety, and security standards are upheld within the section.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within retail or logistics.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
