- Manage and oversee all payroll processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and statements in compliance with Australian accounting standards
- Handle project accounting, including budgeting, cost tracking, and financial analysis
- Maintain and update financial records using Xero accounting software
- Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations and reporting requirements
- Support the CFO in financial planning, analysis, and decision-making processes
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting, with specific knowledge of Australian accounting practices
- Proficiency in Xero and other accounting software
- Strong understanding of tax regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience in payroll processing and financial reporting
