Lippo General Insurance, a premier general insurance company in Indonesia and a strategic component of the prestigious Lippo Group, is seeking a highly competent and strategic Senior Accounting & Tax professional to strengthen our finance team at our headquarters in Tangerang, Banten.
In this high-impact leadership role, you will report directly to the Finance Director and oversee the full spectrum of accounting operations and tax strategy. You will be the primary guardian of our financial integrity, ensuring strict compliance with PSAK, IFRS, and Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN). Your work will directly support executive strategy and drive business performance.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the full cycle of accounting operations, including month-end closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Oversee all corporate tax compliance matters, including PPh 21/23/26, PPN, and Annual Corporate Income Tax returns.
- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with PSAK and IFRS standards.
- Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies (OJK, Tax Office).
- Provide strategic financial analysis and actionable insights to support business decision-making and performance.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff to build a strong, high-performing finance team.
- Establish and improve internal control systems, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of required financial and tax reports to regulators.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting or a related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in accounting and tax, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
- Prior experience in the general insurance or financial services industry is highly preferred.
- Must possess an active Tax Brevet A, B, and C certification.
- Strong knowledge of PSAK, IFRS, and Indonesian tax regulations.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Accurate) and Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
