Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and resolve complex end-to-end duty collection cases in accordance with corporate policies and customs regulations.
- Perform detailed financial reconciliations to identify and recover outstanding duty payments.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Operations, and Customer Service) to ensure seamless duty processing and dispute resolution.
- Provide expert guidance on customs-related financial inquiries to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Monitor and track duty collection performance metrics to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement proactive solutions to enhance duty collection efficiency and revenue protection.
- Ensure 100% compliance with local and international trade laws during all financial documentation processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in duty collection, customs brokerage, or financial operations within a logistics or freight forwarding environment.
- Strong understanding of local customs duty regulations, tariff classifications, and import/export documentation.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume financial data with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle challenging customer interactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
- Strong analytical mindset with a track record of resolving complex procedural issues.
