Tanggung Jawab
- Support specific business areas in the development and implementation of new systems and enhancements.
- Conduct thorough requirement analysis to define functional and non-functional specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and Operations, to ensure project success.
- Provide Cantonese language support to the Hong Kong business unit for seamless communication.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage change requests efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Fluency in Cantonese and English (verbal and written).
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
