Join PT Forest Carbon as a Senior Biodiversity Officer and play a pivotal role in preserving Indonesia's rich biodiversity. You will lead comprehensive field data collection and conduct detailed flora and fauna surveys at our project sites in Sumatera Selatan. This position requires a strong background in botany and plant taxonomy, as you'll be responsible for identifying, cataloging, and documenting plant species. Your work will contribute directly to conservation efforts, environmental impact assessments, and sustainable land management practices. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of scientists, researchers, and local communities to ensure accurate data collection and analysis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in field research, excellent observation skills, and a passion for environmental conservation. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end field data collection for biodiversity surveys
- Conduct comprehensive flora and fauna assessments at project sites

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Ecology, Environmental Science, or related field
- Strong background in botany and plant taxonomy
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in field research and biodiversity surveys
- Proficiency in data collection methods and scientific documentation
- Excellent observation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in remote and challenging field conditions
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of Indonesian flora and fauna preferred
