- Assist Australian mortgage brokers with loan application processing and documentation
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and address inquiries
- Ensure compliance with Australian lending regulations and company policies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and loan documentation
- Coordinate with stakeholders throughout the loan approval process
- Provide administrative support to brokers, including scheduling and document preparation
- Monitor loan application progress and communicate updates to relevant parties
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in mortgage broking or financial services
- Strong knowledge of Australian mortgage lending regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
