Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our freight forwarding client base.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads within the manufacturing and logistics industries.
  • Build and maintain long-term, high-value relationships with key corporate accounts.
  • Negotiate service agreements, freight rates, and logistics solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine our value proposition.
  • Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Prepare and present professional proposals and business presentations to prospective clients.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Business Development, specifically within the Freight Forwarding or Logistics industry.
  • Strong understanding of international trade, shipping routes, and supply chain management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a strong client-facing presence.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas in a B2B environment.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline of prospective clients effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills to solve complex logistical challenges.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Management, or a related field.
