Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute product testing, formulation, and development projects based on specific client requirements and supply chain feedback.
- Plan and conduct onsite technical trials to validate and implement new product improvements directly at client facilities.
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients, resolving product application issues efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain, to ensure seamless product rollouts.
- Maintain, calibrate, and manage laboratory testing equipment in compliance with safety standards and ISO guidelines.
- Compile comprehensive technical reports, analysis documentation, and safety data sheets (SDS) for internal and external stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Applied Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in chemical formulation, product development, or technical support in an industrial setting.
- Strong hands-on experience with laboratory testing equipment and analytical techniques.
- Proven track record of managing onsite client trials and translating laboratory findings into practical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently present technical concepts to clients.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities with a meticulous attention to detail.
