Tanggung Jawab

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standardized menus, ensuring high-quality presentation.
  • Ensure strict adherence to HACCP guidelines, food safety regulations, and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Supervise and train junior kitchen staff and culinary apprentices to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Monitor food stock levels, assist in inventory management, and minimize waste to control costs effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Dietitian and Food Service team to accommodate special dietary requirements and patient needs.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in the kitchen and food preparation areas.
  • Perform daily opening and closing checks, including equipment maintenance and sanitation routines.

Kualifikasi

  • Degree or Diploma in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a commercial kitchen or hospital food service environment.
  • Certification in Food Handling and Hygiene (e.g., Singapore Food Agency Food Handler Certificate).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
