Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive corporate compliance programs and policies.
- Advise on regulatory requirements and ensure adherence to local and international laws.
- Conduct internal audits and investigations to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
- Deliver training programs to employees on compliance policies and procedures.
- Manage compliance reporting and documentation to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with legal and business teams to address compliance issues and drive initiatives.
- Stay updated on evolving regulations and industry best practices to ensure proactive compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Admitted to the Malaysian Bar with at least 8 years of legal experience, including 3+ years in corporate compliance.
- Strong knowledge of corporate compliance regulations in Malaysia and internationally.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a manufacturing or technology industry is a plus.
- Professional certifications in compliance (e.g., CCEP) are desirable.
