Tanggung Jawab
- Provide professional and friendly customer service, proactively addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Assist customers in navigating our extensive product ranges, including beauty, personal care, and health products.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store cleanliness to ensure a welcoming shopping environment.
- Support the store management team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints in strict accordance with company policies.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management tasks as required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive, customer-centric attitude.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
- Passion for health and beauty products is a plus.
