Tanggung Jawab
- Lead Projects: Manage end-to-end data science projects from ideation, data collection, and model development to final deployment.
- Model Development: Design and implement advanced machine learning algorithms to optimize business processes and improve predictive accuracy.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning, code quality, and innovation.
- Strategic Analysis: Conduct deep exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover hidden trends and provide strategic recommendations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with product and engineering teams to define analytical requirements and communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in data science, machine learning, or business analytics.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
- Methodology: Strong understanding of statistical techniques, A/B testing, and experimental design.
- Tools: Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is highly desirable.
