Join the Financial Services (FS) Analytics team at Private Advertiser and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of FinTech and Digibank products. We are looking for a visionary Senior Data Scientist to drive data-driven decision-making across our key business lines, including Lending, Insurance, and Savings. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product and business organizations to uncover actionable insights, optimize customer experiences, and scale our financial infrastructure. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models to support Lending, Insurance, and Savings products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define analytical requirements and translate business problems into data science solutions.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for product innovation.
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and visualization dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and experimentation to validate product hypotheses and optimize conversion rates.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical audiences in a clear and compelling manner.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Data Science or Business Analytics, preferably within the Fintech or Banking sector.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, random forests, neural networks).
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
