Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and deploy end-to-end machine learning models to solve complex aviation-specific challenges.
- Analyze large datasets from aircraft sensors and operational logs to improve predictive maintenance accuracy.
- Partner with software engineering teams to integrate data science solutions into production-grade flight management systems.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and safety optimizations.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the technical excellence of the data department.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Stay current with emerging trends in AI/ML and the aerospace technology landscape.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s or PhD degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in data science, with a proven track record in the aviation or aerospace sector preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Python or R, and deep expertise in SQL and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
- Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and time-series forecasting.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for model deployment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact project environment.
