Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of delivery personnel to achieve daily/weekly targets
- Optimize delivery routes and schedules for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate warehouse replenishment processes
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and operational standards
- Analyze logistics data to identify improvement opportunities and KPIs
- Resolve delivery-related issues and maintain customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with procurement and production teams for seamless operations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in logistics coordination or supervision role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of supply chain principles and inventory management
