Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable web and mobile applications.
- Architect and implement core backend services and intuitive frontend components.
- Collaborate directly with the founders to translate business requirements into high-impact technical solutions.
- Establish and enforce best practices for coding, automated testing, and deployment.
- Optimize application performance, security, and ensure 99.9% system availability.
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and streamline CI/CD pipelines.
- Provide technical leadership and prepare to mentor junior developers as the team expands.
- Participate in strategic technical planning for new product features and ventures.
Kualifikasi
- At least 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on full-stack technologies.
- Proven track record of working in a startup or fast-paced, agile environment.
- Expertise in modern JavaScript ecosystems (Node.js, React, or Vue) and relational/non-relational databases.
- Deep understanding of software architecture, microservices, and RESTful API design.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems independently and creatively.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building products from the ground up.
- Strong communication skills in English or Bahasa Indonesia to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
- Must be based in or able to commute to Jakarta Selatan.
