Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on complex electro-mechanical machinery and production lines to ensure optimal uptime.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems using schematic diagrams and testing equipment.
- Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to develop and implement modifications to existing equipment for improved performance and safety.
- Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and document findings to prevent recurrence.
- Maintain accurate technical records, including work orders, calibration logs, and maintenance schedules.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with local safety regulations and 3M quality standards.
- Train and guide junior technicians and operators on proper equipment handling and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Electro-mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or R&D environment.
- Strong working knowledge of PLC systems, sensors, and industrial automation.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical and mechanical blueprints, schematics, and P&ID diagrams.
- Hands-on experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems, as well as basic machining skills.
- Valid Singapore Work Pass (Employment Pass/S Pass) is required.
