Panasonic Industrial Devices is seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to join our R&D team in Singapore. In this pivotal 1-year contract role, you will be at the forefront of developing next-generation, patentable motor technology integrated with cutting-edge AI-driven platforms.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the full product development lifecycle from conceptual design to prototype validation for next-gen motor technologies.
- Integrate AI and machine learning algorithms to optimize motor performance, predictive maintenance, and energy efficiency.
- Conduct advanced simulations and hardware testing to ensure compliance with international quality and safety standards.
- Develop and document intellectual property (IP), including patent filings for novel motor architectures and control logic.
- Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to transition research findings into scalable industrial applications.
- Analyze mechanical and electromagnetic data to drive continuous improvement in product reliability.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineering staff within the R&D department.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in motor design, development, or industrial automation.
- Proficiency in simulation software such as ANSYS, MATLAB/Simulink, or equivalent motor-modeling tools.
- Strong understanding of AI-driven control systems, sensor fusion, and real-time data analytics.
- Proven track record of contributing to intellectual property/patent filings in a professional setting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage end-to-end project pipelines.
- Ability to commit to a 1-year contract and work effectively within a high-paced, innovative team environment.
