Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily estate operations including planting, maintenance, and harvesting activities
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve yield targets and productivity goals
- Ensure strict compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability standards
- Lead, train, and motivate estate teams to maintain high performance standards
- Monitor and manage estate budgets, resources, and operational costs
- Coordinate with technical teams for pest control, fertilization, and crop health management
- Prepare comprehensive reports on operational performance and yield analytics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Plantation Management, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in oil palm plantation management
- Proven track record in achieving yield targets and operational KPIs
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian agricultural regulations and sustainability practices
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing large teams
- Proficiency in estate management software and data analysis tools
- Certification in agricultural management or sustainability (e.g., RSPO) preferred
