Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the end-to-end IT procurement lifecycle, including strategic sourcing, vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (IT, Finance, Operations) to understand business requirements and translate them into effective procurement strategies.
- Identify and evaluate potential IT vendors, conducting due diligence and risk assessments to ensure alignment with organizational standards and innovation goals.
- Negotiate favorable terms, conditions, and pricing with IT vendors, focusing on cost-effectiveness, quality, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Monitor vendor performance, manage relationships, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery and product quality.
- Ensure strict compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of category strategies for various IT spend areas, such as software, hardware, cloud services, and IT consulting.
- Drive process improvements and adoption of best practices within the IT procurement function.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-7 years of relevant experience in IT procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Proven track record of successful negotiation and contract management for complex IT solutions and services.
- Strong understanding of IT market trends, emerging technologies (e.g., cloud, SaaS, infrastructure), and vendor landscapes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
- Professional certification in Procurement (e.g., CIPS, CSCP) is a plus.
