Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of catering units, ensuring the timely preparation and delivery of in-flight meals and snacks.
- Coordinate closely with suppliers and internal departments to maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure strict food safety compliance.
- Monitor quality control standards to ensure all meals meet MAG’s rigorous specifications and presentation requirements.
- Liaise with cabin crew and flight operations teams to address specific catering requirements and passenger feedback.
- Implement and strictly adhere to HACCP protocols and hygiene standards within the kitchen and storage facilities.
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance to ensure operational efficiency and high team morale.
- Handle administrative duties related to catering logistics, including reporting, billing, and regulatory documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in aviation catering or large-scale food service operations.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations, including HACCP standards and hygiene practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
- Valid driving license is an added advantage.
