In this pivotal role, you will be accountable for providing critical support, coordination, and execution of operational activities within our catering division. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the daily operations of catering units, ensuring the timely preparation and delivery of in-flight meals and snacks.
  • Coordinate closely with suppliers and internal departments to maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure strict food safety compliance.
  • Monitor quality control standards to ensure all meals meet MAG’s rigorous specifications and presentation requirements.
  • Liaise with cabin crew and flight operations teams to address specific catering requirements and passenger feedback.
  • Implement and strictly adhere to HACCP protocols and hygiene standards within the kitchen and storage facilities.
  • Manage staff schedules, training, and performance to ensure operational efficiency and high team morale.
  • Handle administrative duties related to catering logistics, including reporting, billing, and regulatory documentation.

Kualifikasi

  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in aviation catering or large-scale food service operations.
  • Strong understanding of food safety regulations, including HACCP standards and hygiene practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Valid driving license is an added advantage.
