Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate the collection and analysis of clinical data related to infectious disease surveillance.
- Collaborate with medical staff to streamline disease tracing protocols and clinical reporting workflows.
- Monitor patient health metrics to identify early warning signs of infectious outbreaks.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for hospital leadership regarding health trends and mitigation efforts.
- Manage administrative processes that support the General Medicine department's operational readiness.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with national health guidelines and regulations.
- Support the implementation of new health monitoring software and digital tools.
- Participate in emergency response planning and department-level process improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hospital operations, clinical administration, or public health roles.
- Strong analytical skills with a high degree of proficiency in MS Excel and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with medical professionals.
- Proven ability to manage sensitive information with strict adherence to data privacy regulations.
- Experience in infectious disease surveillance or clinical audit is highly advantageous.
- Proactive problem-solver with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
